RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below.

1. RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition
  you received it
- All original packaging, box, papers, lanyard, and protective
  stickers must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Items that show signs of wear, removed stickers, or missing
components are not eligible for return.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For authenticity and security reasons, the following cannot
be returned:
- Items with removed or damaged factory protective stickers
- Items damaged, scratched, or worn after delivery
- Items returned without original box, papers, or lanyard
- Items where the authenticity seal has been tampered with

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Contact us via WhatsApp (+41772594099) with your order number and reason for
return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during
  return transit

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after inspection
- Original shipping costs and any customs/import fees are
  non-refundable

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement
or full refund, including shipping, at our cost.

7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility
of the customer and are non-refundable. These are charged by
the destination country, not by us.

8. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full
refund. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
